Job Title: Handyman
Location: Chatham, Kent
Start Date: TBC
Rate: From £18
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Handyman to join our team on a busy site in Chatham. The role will involve a variety of maintenance and repair tasks including basic carpentry, painting, minor plumbing, and general snagging.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role

• Own tools and PPE

• Good all-round knowledge of maintenance trades

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• CSCS card preferred but not essential

Duties Will Include:

• Carrying out general repairs and maintenance tasks on site

• Assisting with site upkeep and cleanliness

• Responding to site manager\’s requests for snagging and fixes

• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
