What the day will look like
The Senior Global Benefits Consultant will have a dual role focused around managing existing global benefits clients and helping to grow that portfolio through new clients or projects. The role will involve:
- Consulting with the global benefits leads at our clients regarding the design, use and objectives of their global benefits portfolio
- Advising and supporting the ongoing renewals of the insured benefits that are managed by the Aon network around the world
- Providing thought leadership and market trend information to clients to help them evolve their global benefits strategy and portfolio
- Growing the size of existing client relationships by introducing new products and services that are relevant for the client

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- We are looking for a Senior Consultant with a successful track record in client management within the broad rewards / employee benefits / talent environment
- Ability to effectively communicate well across organizational levels, particularly with global benefits / reward / HR leaders
- Operates with an international and client focused mind-set, and a collaborative team member.
- An experience or working on projects involving some of the key trends in the global benefits arena, including; benchmarking, DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging), Wellbeing, Mergers & Acquisitions, Multinational Pooling and Captives
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team, resilient and able to cope with a fast-paced environment and busy workload
