Our London-based client is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisors with full-time availability to join their expanding team, driven by increased demand from their clients.
Sales Advisors will be given full client training so you fully understand who you are representing as well as the structure of the business and how you can make the most out of the role on offer.

- As part of the initial onboarding process you will be able to shadow an experienced sales team leader, who will show you the ropes and help you get started
- OTE of up to £30k within first year, paid on a weekly basis from commission-based earnings for hitting daily/weekly targets for this self-employed role

- To attend initial training in the office and our client recommends you also attend ongoing skill development sessions to enhance your ability to make sales and a good customer experience
- To learn about the client, their products and services, important statistics and information which can help you speak with customers and keep them informed
- To speak with members of the public within face to face event environments with the main purposes to provide a face for the brand, create brand awareness and produce sales on behalf of your client
- To provide feedback on locations, sales stats/ratios to help the company better understand their processes and how to improve them.
- Customer facing experience ideal, but not needed to be successful, no experience required
- Willingness to undergo training and attend skill development session to improve sales ability
- Must be willing and able to commute daily to the office based in London
- Must have great English speaking skills and be comfortable communicating with members of the public
