We’re seeking a Brand Manager to drive key marketing initiatives across a high-profile product portfolio with a global FMCG business. You will lead projects from consumer insight to product launch, manage brand performance, and support growth strategies across major UK retailers. This role offers exposure to the full marketing mix and collaboration with both local and global teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of through-the-line activations, including both locally led and globally driven campaigns.
  • Implement the market communications model across ATL and BTL channels, including shopper marketing, PR, and social media touchpoints.
  • Oversee the timely and effective delivery of digital marketing activations in close collaboration with the media team and media agency.
  • Manage the activation partnership between our clients and other brands, including the creation and execution of retail activations and future strategic planning.
  • Support the Senior Brand Manager in managing the product portfolio and broader cross-brand initiatives, including alignment with related product lines.
  • Coordinate with wider category teams to ensure consistent and aligned category and brand strategy across portfolios.
  • Act as a key point of contact for local and global stakeholders, demonstrating strong leadership in category and brand management.
  • Ensure alignment with key stakeholders on strategic direction, project planning, and approval processes.
  • Represent UK market needs within the global category and brand team, helping shape the global agenda to reflect local priorities.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly category health updates.

Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level – or equivalent.
  • Marketing experience, ideally within FMCG or retail environment.
  • Proven experience in brand building and new product development (NPD), with strong project management skills.
  • Solid commercial acumen and analytical capability, with experience using tools such as Nielsen, IRI, or Kantar to derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
