We’re excited to welcome a digitally driven, creative Senior Digital & Social Media Executive to join our growing team at The Oracle Group. This is a strategic yet hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives on creating thumb-stopping organic content, crafting engaging digital strategies, and diving into data analytics to show impact. We want to hear from you if you are passionate about social media, digital storytelling, and driving results! While experience in the property sector is an advantage, we’re ultimately looking for someone with agency-side experience who’s confident working with multiple clients, developing content strategies, and advising on best practices.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the creation and execution of innovative, strategic organic social media plans across a range of client accounts
- Leverage social listening tools to track trends and inform content strategy
- Manage and deliver engaging organic content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Write compelling, audience-specific copy for both B2B and B2C audiences
- Create or brief in content (short-form video, graphics) to enhance social performance
- Use tools like Hootsuite or Metricool to manage content calendars, approvals, and scheduling
- Monitor and engage with social communities, helping to shape and protect client brand voices
- Support paid campaigns (Meta and others) alongside organic activity
- Assist with email marketing via Mailchimp (design briefing, testing, reporting)
- Use Google Analytics and platform insights to track, analyse, and report on performance
- Stay on top of the latest platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes
- Contribute to regular client reporting, campaign reviews, and pitch development
- Help mentor and guide junior members of the social media team

- Proven experience managing organic social media strategies across key platforms
- Strong copywriting skills and a keen visual eye (experience with Canva and CapCut a plus)
- Confidence using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools
