We’re seeking a high energy and experienced PR Manager for our NSW team. This is a key role integral to Colliers’ reputation management and brand amplification across all asset classes and service line teams. The right candidate will be an experienced PR & communications professional with a track record of establishing external PR strategies, generating strong media coverage, and nurturing media relationships. This individual will work closely with our senior leaders, the media, our research team, key industry bodies and other key internal stakeholders. You will report to the National Director of Marketing & Communications and form part of our national PR & Communications Team. The successful candidate should possess excellent communications skills and exemplary writing ability, exceptional initiative, and a talent for collaboration. You should have experience working to high standards, enjoy working with a level of autonomy and thrive under tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our award-winning Research team to amplify our data and thought leadership, positioning both the brand and key individuals
- Work with our market facing agency teams to ensure coverage across all deals and listings
- Help drive the company’s content marketing strategy, supporting the development of proactive trends pieces, blogs and other key communications
- Prepare content and submissions to help secure high-value industry awards
- Maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, content creators and industry bodies such as the PCA, RICS, API, Urban Developer
- Undertake media reporting and monitoring and sharing of best practice across teams
