Our Global Trade Support Services (TSS) team is responsible for supporting critical trading and settlement front-to-back applications. By working closely with our Equities and Equities Derivatives businesses, we ensure the seamless operation and success of our trading activities. As a Trade Support Engineer, you will provide application support for front-to-back systems across equities and equities derivatives products. You will be responsible for operational technical support across global trading and settlement platforms at Macquarie, ensuring the successful delivery of key technology projects and initiatives. Your role involves responding to enquiries, managing escalations, and establishing close working partnerships with stakeholders in a highly operational and regulated environment.

What you offer:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a trading floor support role
  • Experience working with a mix of vendor and in-house trading systems and settlement platforms
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server, Unix, and SQL (both in physical and Cloud environments)
  • Experience of front-to-back trading lifecycles across equities and derivatives products
  • Familiarity with FIX protocol and Electronic Execution platforms
