What you can expect:

In your role as a Brand Ambassador, you act as an inspirational role model and manage all store areas and team members in achieving KPIs with a tireless drive to deliver excellent customer service.

• Full responsibility for all store areas and team members, including operational tasks
• Support in recruiting, staff planning, and performance measurement
• Drive the team to achieve performance targets and KPIs
• Implement and maintain a customer-centric mindset to build a loyal customer base
• Utilize all available tools, ensure procedures are followed, and policies are executed
• Maintain awareness of competitors and local markets, sharing relevant findings with your Area Manager and retail team

Your profile:

• Previous experience in a management role within fashion and lifestyle retail
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to business needs
• Strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge
• Willingness to learn and develop continually
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in networking and relationship building
