About The Role

Receptionist Required

Our client is seeking a receptionist to manage a busy desk and perform administrative tasks, working 18.5 hours per week. The position is initially offered on a 12-month contract, with potential for extension.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills to handle queries professionally, demonstrate proactivity, and maintain a positive attitude at the reception desk.

General Duties

  • Cover reception duties
  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Assist with onsite events
  • Monitor premises for cleanliness and report issues
  • Take notes during meetings
  • Assist with weekly compliance checks
  • Serve as the first point of contact for phone calls and emails

The Right Candidate Must Have

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A positive attitude towards problem solving and finding solutions
  • A proactive approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
