Receptionist Required
Our client is seeking a receptionist to manage a busy desk and perform administrative tasks, working 18.5 hours per week. The position is initially offered on a 12-month contract, with potential for extension.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills to handle queries professionally, demonstrate proactivity, and maintain a positive attitude at the reception desk.
General Duties
- Cover reception duties
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Assist with onsite events
- Monitor premises for cleanliness and report issues
- Take notes during meetings
- Assist with weekly compliance checks
- Serve as the first point of contact for phone calls and emails
The Right Candidate Must Have
- Excellent customer service skills
- A positive attitude towards problem solving and finding solutions
- A proactive approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
