We are seeking a dedicated Registered Service Manager with experience in leadership and management. The ideal Service Manager candidate will have a sound recent background in caring for those with physical disabilities and have a strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations. This attractive, small sized residential care home is a part of a well-established care company where care and compassion is at the heart of everything they do. They are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Home Manager to maintain the good reputation of the home and promote person-centred care for all residents. As the Service Manager you will hold overall responsibility for the home shared with the Assistant Manager and will play a key role in ensuring that the company’s high standards are implemented and adhered to throughout the service.
