JOB DESCRIPTION AND PROFILE

Prime function: To provide an efficient and high-quality service to clients of Clear Financial Advice.

Key Contributions and Outputs:

  • Maintaining good relationships with all clients of the business; enhancing the profile of the Company among its clients and community
  • Accurate upkeep of the client details on the database to ensure up to date client details are maintained
  • Provide support to deal with new enquiries and prospects
  • Dealing with existing client enquiries
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of internal relationships to help maintain business flow and meet agreed targets
  • Promoting the profile of the business within the profession and wider communities
  • Continuous professional development to meet personal development needs.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all processes, procedures and client communications are conducive to a high standard of customer care
  • Supporting the on-boarding of new clients into the business
  • Maintaining existing client review communications
  • Helping to deliver client referral strategy
  • Working alongside the Client Services Team to deal with all client queries to a high standard, ensuring client satisfaction is maintained
  • Ensuring all client information and communication is kept up to date on our back-office system, Intelligent Office.
  • Using O & M Pension Profiler (when relevant).
  • Input client ATRs into Financial Express - FE, to analysis and report outcomes.
  • Acting like a client concierge if and when required
  • Assisting the investment department with the quarterly switching
  • Dealing with mortgage enquiries and administration
  • Supporting the delivery of and achievement of the client service standards
  • Client continual improvement feedback communications and maintenance
  • Individual workflow and task delivery.
  • General office duties which would include, answer incoming phone calls, stationery ordering, dealing with incoming and outgoing post.

Ideally have:

  • A minimum of one years experience working in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of pensions and investments
  • General mortgage knowledge would be an advantage
  • Strong IT skills (preferably with experience using Intelligent Office and Excel).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure when required and with minimal supervision.
  • Able to analyse data.
  • Highly organised, methodical and disciplined with a good eye for detail.
  • Able to work within defined business processes.
  • RO1 would be an advantage with a willingness to progress with exams, studies and personal development.
