Job Description:

Following the completion of three recent schemes, they are now looking to hire a Head of Asset Management to oversee a portfolio of circa 5,000 beds.

Key to this role will be someone who has a strong track record of Asset Management within either BTR or PBSA.

Main responsibilities:

• Strategic oversight and Asset Management leadership for a UK-wide BTR portfolio.
• Managing a team of 3 Asset Managers.
• Identifying, appraising, and executing active management opportunities.
• Creating and executing business plans, budgets, and cashflows.
• Oversight and management of the Operator.
• Financial reporting back to Investors.

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of Asset Management experience.
• Significant experience within the Operational Living space (preferably BTR or PBSA).
• Ability to analyse business/financial data and develop innovative solutions.
• Well networked in the BTR sector.
