Purpose of role: The e-com and own web-shop manager manages the Miele webshop in relation to brand building, sales, conversion A/B testing, reporting and executing content strategy. Implements CX / UX approach in the market with the aim of providing best-in-class customer experience on the Miele webshop. Executes local SEO strategy by optimising meta tags and contents to local needs.
Job responsibilities:
- WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
- Content Management: Ensure that the webshop/website content is current and engaging and implement content from global marketing campaigns.
- UX/UI Design: Permanent optimisation of the user experience.
- Best-in-Class user experience for direct and indirect sales.
- Conversion Optimisation: Analyse and optimise conversion rates through A/B testing, improving checkout processes and other measures.
- Optimisation of the Webshop/Website for Search Engines (SEO).
- Monitoring and control of all Webshop/Website functions.
- Manage the Webshop/Website platform in collaboration with central digital and IT teams (including technical updates, security measures, etc.).
- Use web analytics tools to analyse user behaviour and derive optimisation strategies.
Skills and Competencies:
- Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline (Marketing, Digital Marketing) or with 5+ years digital marketing experience.
- 5+ years business experience in website management or similar digital role.
- Broad and up-to-date knowledge in the respective areas of responsibility.
- Driving results based on a consumer centric thinking, performance/result oriented.
- High business acumen & commercial mindset.
- Strategic thinker and operational realiser.
- Ability to manage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills (fluent in English).
- Team player.
- Willingness to travel.
