Corporate Actions processing: Monitoring events, managing elections, dividend processing. System Data Management: New instrument setup, managing all reference data, benchmark setup, dividend processing, investment team queries and support. Investment Control: Daily reconciliations of the firm\’s IBOR to external custodian. UCITS compliance rules monitoring. Production and maintenance of policies, procedures, and workflows related to fund management. Assist in producing Management Information as required. Assist in analysis and implementation of new funds. Assist in project work related to fund and EAM activity. Requirements: Key Skills and Technical Requirements: In-depth understanding of fund operations. Working knowledge of hedged share classes desirable. Solid understanding of Wealth Management services and the industry. Understanding of the trade lifecycle and investment operations. Willingness to develop knowledge across products and services. Technically minded with process creation skills. Experience with reconciliation processes per CASS 6 and 7 standards or willingness to learn. Other Skills and Attributes: Ability to work independently and in a team. Ability to generate ideas for efficiency and performance improvements.
