  • Take ownership of and meet annual partnership targets by generating leads, increasing revenue, and acquiring ideal customer profiles.
  • Lead and manage a regional team of Partnership Managers, ensuring high performance, engagement, and professional growth.
  • Develop and implement growth plans for the channel partnerships portfolio, including strategies to increase referrals from existing partners and attract new ones.
  • Enhance efficiency, productivity, and tracking throughout the end-to-end pipeline and partner cycle, from target list management to partner activation and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize conversions of SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) and ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
  • Identify new potential markets, use cases, and verticals, and allocate team resources for optimal growth.
  • Establish a reseller channel in the region, targeting relevant markets, industries, and profiles, and launching a reseller program.
  • Support the execution of the regional product partnerships plan.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop launch and growth plans for high-potential partners.
  • Act as the focal point for partnerships within the Europe team and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve go-to-market (GTM) and corporate objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, with at least 2 years of demonstrable experience in channel or reseller partnerships.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding established business goals.
  • Management experience is advantageous, but not required if there is other evidence of leadership skills.
  • Ability to drive operational excellence through innovative initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage a high-performing team and influence internal stakeholders.
  • Team player with self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required but Advantageous):

  • Experience in the Payments and Banking industry.
  • Familiarity with the B2B and SMB/SME customer segment.
  • Experience in developing business in Eastern, Central, and Southern Europe.
  • Experience thriving in a high-growth, international company with a diverse culture.
