- Take ownership of and meet annual partnership targets by generating leads, increasing revenue, and acquiring ideal customer profiles.
- Lead and manage a regional team of Partnership Managers, ensuring high performance, engagement, and professional growth.
- Develop and implement growth plans for the channel partnerships portfolio, including strategies to increase referrals from existing partners and attract new ones.
- Enhance efficiency, productivity, and tracking throughout the end-to-end pipeline and partner cycle, from target list management to partner activation and growth.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize conversions of SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) and ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
- Identify new potential markets, use cases, and verticals, and allocate team resources for optimal growth.
- Establish a reseller channel in the region, targeting relevant markets, industries, and profiles, and launching a reseller program.
- Support the execution of the regional product partnerships plan.
- Work with the marketing team to develop launch and growth plans for high-potential partners.
- Act as the focal point for partnerships within the Europe team and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve go-to-market (GTM) and corporate objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, with at least 2 years of demonstrable experience in channel or reseller partnerships.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding established business goals.
- Management experience is advantageous, but not required if there is other evidence of leadership skills.
- Ability to drive operational excellence through innovative initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills to manage a high-performing team and influence internal stakeholders.
- Team player with self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required but Advantageous):
- Experience in the Payments and Banking industry.
- Familiarity with the B2B and SMB/SME customer segment.
- Experience in developing business in Eastern, Central, and Southern Europe.
