Dispute Resolution body seeks Investigators for remote roles. These positions will run for between three and six months. You must be available on short notice to be considered.

You will carry out a desk-top review of evidence to establish key facts, apply relevant obligations and use sound judgement to determine the outcome of cases. You will write up conclusions in a report accessible to both parties.

To be considered you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Sound judgement: an ability to make impartial and evidence-based decisions on complex matters
  • Ability to explain reasoning: communicate decisions in error-free writing using accurate and impartial language
  • Eye for detail: evidence can often run into hundreds of pages
  • Previous experience: working in ADR, mediation or similar will be extremely beneficial.
