Solicitor / Supervisor – Employers’ & Public Liability (EL/PL)Location: UK-Wide Remote, Hybrid, or Office-Based (Birmingham preferred)Salary: Up to £60,000 (dependent on experience)A leading national Casualty Injury practice is seeking a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal to undertake a supervisory position within its Employers’ and Public Liability (EL/PL) team. This opportunity has arisen due to continued growth and recent client acquisitions, offering a platform for legal professionals with strong leadership capability and technical expertise.Key responsibilitiesSupervise and mentor a small team managing litigated EL/PL casesMaintain personal caseload of complex personal injury claimsMonitor and report on team performance, compliance, and billing metricsManage workload allocation and escalate risks appropriatelySupport client relationship development and business development activityCandidate profileThe successful candidate will demonstrateProven experience in EL/PL or broader personal injury litigationExcellent organisational and team leadership skillsHigh attention to detail and sound commercial judgementStrong client-handling and communication abilitiesAdditional InformationThis role offers considerable flexibility with remote, hybrid, or office-based arrangements available.
