cer Financial are working alongside a well-established diverse mid-tier bank based in the City of London. They are looking for a SuccessFactors Tester to work with them on a contract basis. Provides the appropriate testing co-ordination and support for an EMEA wide SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation with consideration to existing SuccessFactors modules plus ServiceNow, Azure Active Directory and Bank systems. Responsible for co-ordinating and executing the overall test plan of systems implemented or impacted by the programme. Providing expert Testing advice to reduce development defects and provide assurance that risks associated with implementing new systems are accurately quantified and addressed. The responsibilities of a SuccessFactors Tester will include: Define, create and document Time and Attendance and Time Sheet test scenarios and testing scripts based on defined business requirements and signed off workbooks (including unit, integration, capacity, system, user acceptance and release). Executing Unit testing for the following Time and Attendance design requirements and ensuring the configuration is as per the workbooks, raising defects and following defects through to re-test and resolution; Executing Unit testing for the following Time Sheet design requirements and ensuring configuration is as per workbooks, raising defects and following defect through to re-test and resolution; Test business process as part of transformation strategy, throughout the implementation life-cycle, across a variety of systems, including the testing of the “End to End” business processes. Work collaboratively with the other testers, the programme team, system integrators, business consultancies and business stakeholders, to ensure the timely delivery of projects. Ensure testing standards and user requirements are met to maximise the benefit of Products, Applications, Operating Model, Processes. Undertake all forms of testing including System, Regression, System Integration, User Acceptance, Stress, Performance, Operational Acceptance, Disaster Recovery, Usability and Functional / Non-Functional testing etc. Plan all test stages of the project life cycle, obtaining appropriate levels of sign-off. Lead the day to day co-ordination of testing. Define and implement Dashboards, Reporting, Metrics and KPIs for test execution. Review 3rd Party Test Plans to ensure effectiveness and coverage of external testing. Ensure testing is delivered to specified requirements and meets agreed time, cost, quality and compliance objectives. Hands-on testing against agreed test plans, recording testing progress and defects. Report progress at agreed intervals to project stakeholders. The successful SuccessFactors Tester will have: Prior SAP SuccessFactors experience is essential and demonstrable Time and Attendance and Timesheet knowledge. Ideal module experience, Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, Recruiting, Reporting, Compensation and Goals/Performance). Proven experience of Cloud integration testing, point to point and SF HRIS Synch regression testing is highly desirable. Hands on experience with ETL Testing projects. Previous HR process experience. Experience with migration from other systems to SF and integration to other apps/systems. Strong project management and analytical skills, strong Excel and process mapping skills. Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting priorities while multitasking and aligning activities. Good knowledge and experience of financial services, markets and banking activities and the surrounding regulatory framework especially in HR. Ability to work collaboratively across all seniority levels and with internal and external stakeholders. Strong, effective communication and interpersonal skills including diplomacy in offering challenge. Practical and willing to get involved in tasks, when necessary, to ensure objectives are achieved.
