We are pleased to announce we now have an exciting vacancy for a Development Officer to play a key role in delivering the Trusts development programme and managing projects on existing stock, including the identification and management of New Business acquisitions and the sale of shared ownership properties. You will also work in conjunction with the Homeownership Team to proactively track and monitor the sales process; including, where necessary, liaising with estate agents/sales teams, Independent Financial Advisors, Homes England and any other external stakeholders.
