We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Procurement to lead the global procurement function across our Group. This is a strategic leadership position, ideal for someone with a marine, shipbuilding, ship repair, offshore, or engineering background who can drive transformation and embed best practices across a complex, international organisation.
This role will focus on centralising direct procurement operations, bringing contracts and supply chain control back into the procurement function, and creating a unified, high-performing team that delivers value, governance, and operational excellence.
You will report to the CFO and work closely with key stakeholders in Finance, Operations, and Projects, as well as manage a globally dispersed procurement team.
