We\’re currently seeking experienced and ambitious Commercial Lead professionals to work with our client in a secure environment, supporting challenging projects.

These contract roles require security clearance prior to assignment. Opportunities are available in Milton Keynes.

You will manage relationships and high-profile projects across multiple business units, leading the development of the commercial pipeline. You will showcase your skills on unique projects.

You will demonstrate commitment, vision, and expertise, leading commercial strategy and influencing business change. Partnering with suppliers to innovate and enhance performance, you\’ll set standards for collaboration. Exceptional influencing, negotiation, and people skills are essential.

You will be a visible senior leader supporting others in developing their skills to achieve goals together.

These roles are in a dynamic environment, requiring more than the ordinary.

Your qualifications, experience, skills, and behaviors:

You should have:

  • Extensive experience in commercial, procurement, category management, and supply chain environments
  • Experience in developing commercial strategies and plans
  • Leadership in complex commercial contracts
  • Outcome-focused approach supporting quality and value for money
  • Ability to support complex requirements using high-level business levers
  • Experience balancing change and delivery under uncertainty
  • Strong relationship management with customers, sponsors, and suppliers
  • Ideally, experience in technology or digital environments

You will also:

  • Hold or be willing to attain a professional qualification like MCIPS or equivalent
  • Demonstrate skills in prioritization, customer focus, problem-solving, continuous improvement, leadership, and communication
