Outfitting Supervisor- Marine Shipbuidling (Portsmouth)

• Supervise and coordinate outfitting works under construction.
• Interpret technical drawings, outfitting plans, and installation manuals.
• Lead and manage teams of technicians, fitters, welders, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations
• Monitor work progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure timely completion of production targets.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce safe work practices.
• Participate in inspections, tests, and commissioning of outfitted systems.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and health and safety.
