We are the market leading cash Payments Solutions provider working across a range of vertical markets, manufacturing and selling bulk cash processing solutions and machines, such as note counters, banknote and coins validators, smart safes, cash deposit systems, note and banknote sorters. Currently we are looking for a Business Development Manager to help us grow in the UK & Ireland markets!

In this role you will focus on the sale of our cash processing devices and components to cash centres operating in Cash-In-Transit operators, Banks and Mints. Working with one of our senior sales team, your initial focus will be on the UK and Ireland market, eventually expanding into European markets.

In this role, you will:

  • Build a robust pipeline of sales opportunities
  • “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods
  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Take responsibility for the sales of our solutions for bulk cash processing systems within your assigned markets and territories
  • Evaluate customer’s skills and needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Develop PayComplete’s business on the local market

In this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience within a Business to Business environment
  • Degree or equivalent level education
  • Experience in selling large scale process automation solutions, which may include cash handling, bulk packaging solutions, logistics automation, or relevant sectors
  • Knowledge of the Cash Processing market focusing on Cash Centre automation
  • Experience in developing and closing solution led sales opportunities in the value ranges of £500k-£2,000k+
  • Familiarity with working in global markets, handling international clients, or managing large-scale, multi-region deals

Nice to have:

  • A working knowledge of the structure of major players within the European Cash in Transit, Cash Processing, Central Bank or Mint sectors
  • Experience with large scale electro-mechanical solutions and systems
  • The ability to understand client technical requirements, specifications and drawings and to translate and present commercial proposals to meet those specifications and requirements
