Job Summary

As a Travel Consultant, you’ll be the go-to expert for planning and booking tailor-made trips. From honeymoons and family holidays to once-in-a-lifetime adventures, you’ll provide a first-class, personalised service that keeps clients coming back.

🧭 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service both in-store and online
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Create bespoke travel itineraries based on client needs and budget
• Manage bookings, amendments, and after-sales support
• Keep up to date with travel trends, visa requirements, and supplier updates
• Achieve individual and team sales targets

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in travel sales or a customer-facing role
• Strong destination knowledge and a passion for travel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in using booking systems and online platforms
• Sales-driven with a customer-first approach
• Organised, detail-oriented, and a great team player
