Working for a well-known organisation within the banking sector, the Senior Lawyer- Securitisation will involve the following tasks:
- This role supports across a variety of client debt capital markets (DCM) transactions.
- Products include securitisations, covered bonds, unsecured primary bond issuance, private placements, green bonds, social housing bonds, structured products, liability management exercises and high yield bond transactions.
- Help to deliver specialist and insightful advice primarily on securitisation transactions of various asset classes, including mortgage loans, credit cards, auto loans and trade receivables, from the structuring and development of transactions through to launch.
- Provide legal advice on some of the other types of DCM transactions supported by the team.
The Senior Lawyer- Securitisation position will need to hold the following skills and experience:
- Be a qualified solicitor.
- 7+ years PQE within a similar market and role.
- Have excellent understanding of the market practices applying to securitisation transactions.
- Be able to support with other DCM transactions and related strategic / regulatory projects.
This is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months. Hybrid working is available as well as a generous bonus and benefits package.
