Are you a dynamic and skilled Senior Revit Technician and/or Digital Engineer seeking an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning Construction Engineering team? This role offers a chance to contribute to groundbreaking projects and foster innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Create detailed 3D models of temporary structures and enabling works using Revit.
- Set up models according to company and ISO standards.
- Coordinate design models with site and engineering teams for fully integrated solutions.
- Produce drawings and models for procurement and construction use.
- Identify clashes or conflicts through model analysis.
- Develop models for animations, bid proposals, cost analysis, and planning (4D+5D).
- Participate in design coordination meetings, document changes and issues.
- Create models to assess carbon emissions for project stakeholders.
- Maintain 3D as-built models for handover and underground services tracking.
- Provide weekly updates and reports to clients and contractors, highlighting significant changes.
- Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks for creating and analysing 3D models.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Understanding of temporary construction structures.
- Willingness to learn about on-site construction processes.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills for RFIs and stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to add asset data to Revit and Excel as per COBie standards.
- Familiarity with family creation (willing to learn if not).
