Our client is seeking:

• Good knowledge of UK and EU corporate law, commercial law, intellectual property, e-commerce, and data protection regulations.
• Ability to work autonomously
• Strong prioritization and workload management skills, adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
• Effective management of external legal counsel to ensure cost efficiency
• A commercial approach
• Minimum of 2 years in-house legal experience as counsel
• Experience in FMCG or Retail is preferred but not essential if broad in-house commercial legal experience is demonstrated
