Customer Success Manager

Steadman Hub, are the UK\’s leading HubSpot recruitment agency and we have partnered with an Elite HubSpot Agency who are looking for a Customer Success Manager.

This role will be the main point of contact for their clients, ensuring they have a outstanding experience. With your goal being driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Job title: Customer Success Manager

Location: Remote

Salary: up to £50,000 + 20% OTE (uncapped)

Job responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, acting as their primary point of contact for support and product inquiries.
• Develop strategic plans to prioritise customers based on potential growth
• Identify and qualify opportunities to upsell and expand accounts
• Organise regular check-ins with customers
• Hold commercial conversations around pricing and contract extensions

Job requirements:

• Proven experience in a Customer Success role within a SaaS business
• Prior track record of managing customer relationships and driving customer success and retention
• Highly organised individual, with the ability to manage 50-100 accounts
• Experience of driving account growth and obtaining renewals and retained business
