Steadman Hub is the UK's leading HubSpot recruitment agency and we have partnered with an Elite HubSpot Agency who are looking for a Customer Success Manager. This role will be the main point of contact for their clients, ensuring they have an outstanding experience, with the goal of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Location: Remote
Salary: up to £50,000 + 20% OTE (uncapped)
Job responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, acting as their primary point of contact for support and product inquiries.
- Develop strategic plans to prioritise customers based on potential growth.
- Identify and qualify opportunities to upsell and expand accounts.
- Organise regular check-ins with customers.
- Hold commercial conversations around pricing and contract extensions.
Job requirements:
- Proven experience in a Customer Success role within a SaaS business.
- Prior track record of managing customer relationships and driving customer success and retention.
- Highly organised individual, with the ability to manage 50-100 accounts.
- Experience of driving account growth and obtaining renewals and retained business.
