An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a team as a Resales Consultant in a Residential Investment team. You will be based in Holborn, supporting shared ownership resales, ensuring smooth progression from instruction to completion while delivering exceptional customer service.
THE ROLE: As a Resales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to manage a caseload of shared ownership resale and staircasing transactions, ensuring a high standard of customer service and meeting monthly targets.
- Progress shared ownership resale and interim staircasing cases to exchange and completion.
- Communicate effectively with leaseholders, legal teams, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Provide advice on lease interpretation and relevant legislation to customers and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records and manage cases using internal databases and case management systems.
- Prepare and present weekly pipeline reports to management.
- Stay up to date with legislation and technical knowledge relevant to the role.
- Ensure compliance with MTVH policies, GDPR, and industry best practices.
THE CANDIDATE: We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a similar role, ideally within shared ownership resales or conveyancing, with strong customer service and case management skills.
- Practical knowledge of shared ownership products and relevant legislation.
- Experience managing high-volume transactions independently to meet targets.
- Ability to interpret leases and provide advice on leasehold issues.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

THE CONTRACT: 3-month contract with the potential for temp-to-perm. The pay range for the role is £24.00 to £26.00 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £20.46 to £22.17 per hour, inclusive of holiday.
