Elevation Recruitment Group is working with an Engineering company to recruit a Senior Firmware Engineer based in Leeds. The Senior Firmware Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing firmware for testing and end products, as well as software and hardware for both internal and external use.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing technical documents for review
- Preparing project documents, providing accurate time estimates on projects and product costs
- Writing well-commented code for ICs used in products
- Writing well-commented code for unit, white box, and black box tests
- Conducting code reviews for team members
- Managing version control and releasing code
- Managing incoming data to our server
- Participating in weekly/daily team technical meetings
- Supporting customers with technical requests as guided by the project or engineering manager
