This role focuses on financial and operational performance—not IT, coding, or systems development. You’ll provide critical insights using Excel and Power BI, ensuring data-driven decisions that support cost control, revenue accuracy, and overall business improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and validate rental revenue data, ensuring accurate invoicing and contract updates. • Build and maintain operational dashboards using Power BI and Excel. • Conduct detailed financial and commercial analysis to inform strategic decisions. • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver actionable insights. • Produce customer and internal reports with a clear focus on business value. What We Are Looking For: • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups essential). • Proficiency in Power BI for visualising and interpreting data. • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, commercial, or business analysis. • Background in performance monitoring, business reporting, or cost control. • Please note: This is not an IT role and does not involve software development, database engineering, or system support.
