IntaPeople are currently supporting a globally based Fintech organisation, who due to continued growth require an Implementation/Configuration Engineer to join their Technical Services team. You will be expected to work in a consultative manner to understand client requirements and translate these into functionality. As an Engineer, you will also be expected to support the wider customer implementation, for example, troubleshooting, solution design, testing, customer education and post-implementation support. As a key member of the Customer Success team, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth implementation.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary technical point of contact during project implementations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their technical needs are met.
- Understanding and gathering customer requirements.
- Implementing the core solutions to meet customer needs. This can include SaaS configurations, integrations with call centres, CRM and transactional systems, as well as tailored customizations.
- Identify opportunities for improving implementation processes and customer workflows.
- Support testing cycles, diagnose and resolve technical challenges encountered during the implementation phase.
- Manage frequent configuration deployments during pre-scheduled change windows, with weekly releases outside customer’s business hours.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solutions and best practices.
- Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, particularly Sales, Product, Engineering and Support.

Role overview:
*Please note this role is a fixed-term contract for 6-9 months with a high possibility for a full-time position after this term.
Implementation/Configuration Engineer starting salary of £48,000 - £55,000 (Pro rata) depending on experience plus out of hours shift allowance when needed. London location with 1 day per week onsite. Occasional travel to client site. 25 days annual leave plus BH. Option to purchase/take additional annual leave days. Cycle to work scheme. Life Assurance (x4). Personal development and Training budgets.
