Role Overview
BCT Resourcing is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of major IT programs and projects. The successful candidate will manage technical development, governance structures, risk assessments, stakeholder coordination, and third-party partnerships to ensure optimal project outcomes. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with extensive experience in IT project management, change leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Project Planning & Delivery
- Plan, design, and oversee IT programs and projects, proactively managing progress
- Ensure project delivery within governance structures, scope, and budget
- Identify and manage risks, tracking issues & prioritizing resolutions
- Budget & Resource Management
- Forecast and allocate budgets & resources effectively for successful project execution
- Define governance structures for each project
- Manage third-party deliverables, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
- Leadership & Change Management
- Lead a team of project managers, business analysts & product owners
- Drive change management initiatives within the Change Management Team
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Significant experience in IT change management & digital transformation
- Strong project design, development & testing knowledge for effective discussions with tech teams
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to implement new systems and redesign workflows
