About the Company:

We are a specialist provider of dewatering solutions for industrial and municipal wastewater treatment. Our product portfolio includes advanced screw presses, filter presses, belt presses, polymer dosing systems, and other sludge handling technologies designed for maximum efficiency, reliability, and environmental compliance. Serving a wide range of industries—including municipal water authorities, food and beverage, chemical manufacturing, paper and pulp, and mining—we help clients reduce waste volume, lower disposal costs, and improve sustainability.

As we continue to expand across Europe, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our commercial efforts across the United Kingdom and Benelux region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg).

Position Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for growing sales of our dewatering equipment and solutions across the UK and Benelux region. This role is ideal for a proactive, technically minded sales professional with a background in environmental, process, or mechanical equipment sales, and a strong network in municipal or industrial wastewater sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets across the UK and Benelux.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in both municipal and industrial markets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, OEMs, consultants, and engineering contractors.
  • Provide technical expertise and consultative support during the sales process.
  • Work with clients to assess sludge treatment needs and propose tailored dewatering solutions (screw press, filter press, etc.).
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, tenders, and detailed proposals with assistance from application engineers.

Project and Account Management:

  • Support customers through the entire sales cycle: from first contact and specification to installation support and aftersales coordination.
  • Ensure clear communication with internal stakeholders regarding project timelines, supply chain needs, and service support.
  • Attend industry trade shows, technical seminars, and customer events to promote brand visibility.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes (e.g., sludge disposal legislation, environmental compliance) and market trends.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to influence future innovations and product improvements.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales within wastewater treatment, industrial equipment, or environmental engineering.
  • Proven track record selling capital equipment or turnkey systems, preferably related to sludge dewatering or solids separation.
  • Strong understanding of dewatering technologies (screw presses, filter presses, belt presses, etc.) and their applications.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Dutch, French, or German is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the UK and Benelux.
