Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person coaching and support
- Run structured masterclasses, drop-in clinics, onboarding sessions and tailored 1-to-1 coaching across: Asana, Calendly, ChatGPT Enterprise, MS Copilot, Cisco Webex, Docusign, Dashlane, Microsoft 365, Superhuman, and Zoom.
- Coach a user base of 250 across all levels of digital fluency.
- Adapt communication styles and coaching approaches to serve both beginners and power users with empathy and credibility.
- Translate digital change strategies into user-facing materials, workflows and communications.
- Partner with key software vendors to bring roadmap and best-practice insights into the business.
- Track tool adoption, behavioural change, and productivity impact using both analytics and qualitative feedback; generate quarterly KPI reports.
- Actively embed key digital dexterity competencies — including systems thinking, adaptability, business acumen and collaborative fluency.
Key Skills & Experience:
- A proven track record in digital enablement, enterprise L&D, change delivery or workplace transformation — preferably within complex, fast-moving environments (e.g. finance, consulting, and/or technology).
- Expert knowledge and practical experience coaching across the M365 suite, AI (Copilot or Chat GPT Enterprise).
- Ability to coach other tech, including Asana, Calendly, Cisco Webex, Docusign, Dashlane, Superhuman, and Zoom (training can be provided).
- Strong grasp of adult learning theory, behavioural design, and change frameworks such as ADKAR.
- Confident working with data and usage metrics to inform strategic iteration and performance insight.
- Gravitas, empathy, and first-class communication skills.
- Conceptual clarity and systems thinking — able to link individual actions to enterprise-level outcomes.
