Forward Role are partnering with a growing tech business who are looking for an eCommerce Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a brand new role for the business and will be instrumental in delivering YoY revenue growth and driving business performance. You will be working closely with internal teams to help refresh and enhance the user experience, with a focus on increasing revenue and customer retention.
What will you be doing?
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve YoY revenue growth
- Drive initiatives to increase renewal rates
- Conduct data analysis to identify under-performing website pages
- Work closely with internal teams to implement new initiatives and strategies to help improve UI/UX and conversions
- Carry out A/B testing, personalisation and SEO to boost page performance
- Track, measure and evaluate website performance and customer behaviour
Requirements for the role include:
- Previous experience within a similar role, ideally 2-3 years
