Strats combine expertise in analytics, modelling, pricing, and risk management, with system architecture and programming skills. Their main output is a scalable Front Office pricing and risk management system supporting trading and resource management processes. You will be responsible for Corporate and Private Bank Strat.

Your Responsibilities
- Model and manage funding costs and transfer pricing, transitioning to a portfolio funding model
- Price deposits and loans based on funding costs and capital hurdles
- Design incentive structures for financial resource allocation and capital optimization
- Align financial resource calculations across Front Office, Credit Risk, and Finance
- Support credit risk capital model development using default and recovery data
- Provide analytics expertise for trading desks on loan and mortgage portfolios
