A high-growth London fintech (≈60 employees) has built a SaaS platform that benchmarks non-financial-risk controls across global banks and converts peer data into actionable insight. With fresh backing from several tier-one institutions and a recent surge in client demand, the firm is expanding its five-person Relationship-Management team.

Your mission:

  • Hold 1-3 tier-one bank relationships as trusted adviser to C-suite risk sponsors.
  • Lead the 18-month engagement cycle: data onboarding → insight narrative → board presentation.
  • Drive commercial expansion – identify new use-cases, align funding cycles, close seven-figure upsell.
  • Mentor a small RM squad, refine playbooks, feed structured feedback to Product/AI teams.
  • Operate as the internal “voice of the client”, demanding resources and clearing roadblocks.

Must-haves:

  • 8-12 years in Big 4 / strategy consulting, RegTech strategic accounts, or bank COO/change.
  • Proven multi-year growth of ≥£5 m per account and >90 % retention.
  • Credibility in non-financial-risk control frameworks; comfortable with data-storytelling.
  • Gravitas, strategic lens, and hands-on project discipline.
