Senior Product Manager – Tech, Amazon BazaarJob ID: 2983233 | Amazon Development Centre (India) Private LimitedThis role is a Senior Product Manager- Tech position within the Amazon Bazaar team.Amazon Bazaar is a new store on Amazon.in, dedicated to offering fashion and home products at affordable prices.The key responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders across business and technology teams to formulate, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap tailored to Indian customers. The role also involves influencing global teams to develop solutions catering to diverse Indian customer needs.The ideal candidate has strong product management experience, is customer-obsessed, data-driven, and capable of operating independently. They should possess problem-solving skills, influence partner teams, and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesRoadmap Management: Define a high-quality product roadmap based on business strategy and customer voice. Manage cross-functional processes to translate customer needs into a sequenced, optimized roadmap. Gain buy-in from stakeholders.Requirements Definition: Collaborate with UX teams to develop quality requirements and manage scope for timely product launches.Product Roll-out: Develop and execute go-to-market plans, work with engineering on product development, and coordinate with marketing to drive adoption. Define and monitor KPIs for performance and operational efficiency.Problem Solving & Strategy: Handle day-to-day issues with quick actions and develop a strategic vision for the long term.Business Reviews: Prepare and present reviews to senior management.Basic QualificationsBachelor\’s degreeExperience in roadmap strategy and feature deliveryExperience in technology discussions and managing technical products or online servicesAbility to advocate for diverse stakeholders during prioritizationPreferred QualificationsExperience with analytical tools like Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSightExperience in building and promoting new toolsWe promote an inclusive culture.
