Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of advanced sensor algorithms and an agentic framework to fuse them into an advanced health coach.
- Design and implement critical system components (both as an IC and through the team).
- Vet design proposals, assign and track tasks to milestones.
- Keep abreast of the latest in the AI world both to educate the team and to help steer the products.
- Build tools to support iteration and innovation.
- Help to establish processes to productionize the research work through collaboration with other teams.
- Demonstrate individual contributor skills and an innovation mindset.
