Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: In conjunction with the divisional Director, create a clear vision and strategy for the desk with relevant milestones in place to measure performance Inspire others to turn those strategic goals into reality Maintain relationships with our existing clients, as well as conducting business development calls to win new business to build on your database of new client companies Involvement in the strategic direction for the team, from hiring to market mapping Developing and maintaining an expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market Ignite and embed a positive and agile culture of change. Drive passion and commitment through your teams, LEAD FROM THE FRONT The ideal candidate profile: 2 years + of previous experience. Proven experience of working in agency recruitment.
