Banking & Finance Associate

Our Client

Our client, a US law firm is seeking a Banking & Finance Associate (1–4 PQE) to join its London office. The team advises on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions and works with banks, funds, and corporate borrowers across the capital structure. This is a strong opportunity for a motivated associate to take on high-level work within a collaborative and high-performing environment.

The Role

You will support lenders and borrowers on a variety of transactions including leveraged finance, asset-based lending, and real estate finance. You’ll be involved in drafting documentation, structuring deals, and coordinating multi-jurisdictional input. The work is varied and includes both domestic and international mandates across sectors.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2–4 years’ PQE in banking and finance.
• Strong experience from a reputable UK, US, or international law firm.
• Clear communication, drafting, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage complex transactions with commercial awareness.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset and eagerness to contribute.
