The main purpose of this role is to lead requirements definition for MSOS change deliveries across all covered products, utilizing SME knowledge to propose and execute process efficiencies. The role involves operational process redesign to ensure optimal control standards, adapting to industry changes, and supporting multiple trading desks in post-execution tasks across various currencies and market locations. A strong understanding of Fixed Income, Equity, and Secured Financing trade flows and support activities is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gathering and reviewing business requirements, supporting technical design and workflow analysis.
  • Performing GAP analysis and supporting testing and project status reporting.
  • Managing trade lifecycle queries and problem-solving during project delivery.
  • Supporting documentation and presentation for senior management.
  • Liaising with third-party vendors and prioritizing deliverables for operational and business benefits.
  • Driving efficiency improvements and managing escalations.
  • Maintaining relationships with stakeholders and supporting strategic initiatives.
  • Managing and training team members in line with company policies.

Work Experience & Skills

  • Business analysis experience in a top-tier bank, with knowledge of OPS functions and workflows.
  • Experience across asset classes, especially Fixed Income, Equity, and Derivatives.
  • Ability to resolve issues, work under pressure, and liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of Murex & Gloss platforms and understanding of vanilla interest rate products is preferred.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and operational risk understanding.
