What you’ll do as a Chief Systems Engineer:
- Set the technical direction across complex, high-impact projects
- Coach and mentor high-performing Systems Engineering teams
- Lead on governance, systems thinking, architecting, and system of systems design
- Act as the go-to expert for the Sector Chief Engineer, Head of Systems Engineering and Engineering Projects
- Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and digital transformation in our engineering approach
