The Assistant Director of Digital Marketing plays a pivotal role in leading and executing the digital strategy for Raffles & Fairmont Doha. This role is responsible for driving online visibility, brand awareness, and revenue through strategic digital initiatives. Collaborating closely with brand, sales, PR, and revenue teams, you will oversee performance marketing, content strategy, social media, CRM, SEO/SEM, and website optimization across both properties—ensuring consistency and excellence aligned with Accor standards and the luxury identity of each brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to support business goals, including direct bookings, brand engagement, and guest acquisition. Oversee all digital campaigns across performance channels (Search, Display, Meta, Retargeting), ensuring ROI and KPIs are met. Lead website optimization efforts for both Raffles and Fairmont Doha pages (Accor.com and brand.com), focusing on UX, content, and SEO performance. Leverage Accor tools and platforms to manage digital campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
- Social Media & Content: Supervise the content calendar and manage social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), aligning tone with each brand's identity. Guide photo, video, and editorial content production to ensure alignment with luxury brand standards and digital storytelling best practices.
- CRM & Email Marketing: Work closely with Accor’s CRM team to execute personalized email campaigns and drive loyalty engagement through ALL – Accor Live Limitless. Manage guest segmentation and database growth strategies for tailored communications.
- E-Commerce & Revenue Collaboration: Collaborate with the Revenue and E-commerce teams to optimize rate visibility, packages, and conversion across direct and third-party channels. Analyze booking data and online performance to inform future strategies and tactical campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on all digital KPIs, including traffic, conversion, engagement, and revenue attribution. Use data insights to adjust campaigns and improve performance continuously.
- Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing Executive and external agency partners. Act as a digital advisor to F&B, Spa, and Events departments to support campaigns and activations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, SEO/SEM, web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, etc.), and CMS systems.
- Experience with CRM platforms and luxury brand social media management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Creative eye with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience managing teams and working in fast-paced, high-profile environments.
