The Media & Direct to Consumer (DTC) eCommerce team are at an exciting growth stage with investment from the business to develop the crucial sales channel. The team are at the forefront of digital transformation efforts, implementing innovative strategies to enhance customer experience and drive online sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborating with the wider team on managing key performance media channels, focusing on paid search, Google shopping, and partnerships.
- Briefing our media agency on upcoming campaigns, providing direction on strategy, budgets, promotions, creatives, and focuses.
- Collaborating with the wider team on defining the annual activation plan and budgets across the media focus areas.
- Collecting and analysing platform data to monitor ROAS/other KPI performance, bringing strategic insights and providing recommendations for future campaign planning, campaign improvements, tests, and to increase media efficiencies.
- Providing detailed in-flight and post-campaign analysis to deliver understanding of campaign performance and recommendations for future improvements.
- Writing copy aligned to value props and defining keywords to focus on for our search campaigns.
- Setting up and managing product feeds to enable specific D2C media channels.
- Supporting the research and testing of new media channels/tactics with a view to propose integrations into the wider performance media strategy.
- Engaging closely with the wider D2C team on all aspects of running a D2C business β campaign ideation, commercial planning, ROAS forecasting, risk assessment, etc.
- Engaging with the European corporate marketing teams for reporting, best practice sharing, and influencing on media projects.
- You are analytical and able to draw conclusions from data to take corrective action.
- You must be highly driven, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
- You will have some demonstrable experience in a professional setting managing PPC campaigns (placement, internship, previous role etc) or be able to demonstrate a strong interest in Digital Marketing.
- You must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Alternatively, you will have demonstrable experience.
- You will understand the commitment required for your role and the influence it has on the success of the channel and its objectives.
- Effective organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and make decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and possesses a collaborative approach to challenges.
- You are results-driven and motivated by your objectives.
- You must be entrepreneurial and willing to think outside the box to try new approaches.
- You must be highly IT literate and able to demonstrate competent use of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.
- You are a problem solver and have a βcan doβ attitude to problem-solving whilst working cross-functionally.
- Working Monday to Friday.
- Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Tuesday and Wednesday are our core days for cross-collaboration.
