We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our client's dynamic Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) at Preston East CMHT. This role involves managing a caseload of patients and may require participation in the Duty Practitioner role, including the assessment of patients new to Mental Health Services.
Location: Preston East CMHT, West Strand House
Start Date: ASAP
Contract End Date: 31/07/2025
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Carry a designated caseload of patients, providing high-quality mental health care.
- Participate in the Duty Practitioner role as required, ensuring timely assessments.
- Collaborate effectively with MDT members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Conduct assessments for individuals new to Mental Health Services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with organisational policies.
