The Role
Key responsibilities are all the classic requirements you would expect from a busy Sales Ledger role, but different. Specific responsibilities include the following:
- Oversee around 200 complex customer invoices each month sent by the team, which is yourself and two others.
- Work closely with the business to collate information to facilitate end of month billing, essentially getting ducks in a row to be able to invoice.
- Forecasting, both longer term and mid month Flash reporting.
- Pulling together data for internal and client reporting.
- Look at current ways of working and challenge them, coming up with ideas to modernise and further automate some of the processes.
