We are looking for a Head of HFT for our client in a remote set up role.
Requirements:- 3+ years of hands-on experience in high-frequency or algorithmic trading.
- Proven track record of working with top-tier trading firms, proprietary trading desks, or hedge funds.
- Experience leading or contributing to successful HFT strategies and systems.
- Deep understanding of low-latency systems, high-throughput data processing, and network optimization.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of high-frequency trading strategies.
- Build and manage a high-performing HFT team, including quants and engineers.
- Collaborate with leadership to align trading strategy with overall business goals.
- Analyze and act on large data sets in real-time to identify profitable opportunities.
