The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for an experienced and driven Senior Operations Manager to take the reins of our Web Division. This is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). You will play a critical part in shaping operational strategy, improving delivery processes, and scaling team performance as we enter an exciting new phase of growth.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Oversee the division’s daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of projects from start to finish, including resource management and budget tracking.
- Develop and optimise internal workflows to drive efficiency and consistency, in line with our proprietary ‘Magic Process’ SoP.
- Lead and support a cross-functional team, including developers, project leads, designers, marketers, and technical support.
- Track project milestones, performance indicators, and delivery timelines, addressing issues early to keep things on course.
- Promote a culture rooted in quality, innovation, and continuous development across all operational layers.
